About FlexFlow Sculpt
FlexFlow was born out of my own search for balance—between strength and softness, discipline and creativity, movement and stillness.

Mission
The mission of FlexFlow is to redefine movement as more than exercise—it is a practice of strength, presence, and transformation. By blending yoga, Pilates, and functional training, FlexFlow creates classes that sculpt the body while awakening the mind. Each flow is designed to build resilience and awareness, reminding us that how we move on the mat shapes how we move through life. At its heart, FlexFlow exists to empower people to feel stronger, more connected, and more alive in themselves and in the world.

Vision
The vision of FlexFlow is to inspire a global community to experience movement as a catalyst for inner and outer transformation. We imagine a world where fitness is not about chasing perfection, but about cultivating strength, presence, and joy. Through classes, trainings, and shared practice, FlexFlow seeks to expand beyond the studio and into everyday life—shaping not only how people move, but how they live, connect, and lead.

About Me.
Greta Dopp is a movement educator, creator of the FlexFlow methodology. Known for her magnetic energy and dynamic teaching style, Greta blends yoga, Pilates, and functional strength training with music-driven sequencing to create classes that are both powerful and soulful.
Her journey began with over a decade of personal practice and a pivotal trip to India for immersive yoga training after experiencing burnout in 2019. Since then, she has studied contemporary Pilates, strength training, and functional movement science, building a unique approach that honours alignment and mindfulness while celebrating rhythm and flow. Greta’s classes are as much about inner connection as they are about physical challenge, leaving students feeling stronger, more present, and deeply inspired.
Beyond the mat, Greta is passionate about community, storytelling, and creating spaces where people can show up authentically. Whether teaching in Vancouver, Mexcio, or online, she believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for transformation and she’s dedicated to helping others discover their resilience, joy, and power through it.
